Hell Freezes Over
Well, this will be my first not entirely insincere referral to Jon Baliles at RiverCityRapids who seems to fully endorse my post on Council at Work. While citing Bacon's Rebellion, Sierra Club, Fall of the James and himself, he inadvertantly forgot to cite my post which scooped him by 24 hours.

I actually saw the Sierra Club post on RVA blogs yesterday then saw your post on there later, as well.
I did not cite your post because I did not refer to it but will happily note that we are in agreement on this resolution.
The Sierra Club scooped all of us which is why I linked to them.
