Did your VCR spring forward this morning? I had to check the weather channel just to see what time it was. Now I have to spend the rest of the night reprogramming my VCR or I'll miss my favorite episode of Matlock.

Yeah, that struck me yesterday when I was on my way to an event and the clock in the car was suddenly an hour off. As if it weren't hard enough to remember the time change the two times per year it is supposed to happen...
Best as I can tell, the VCR was programmed to "spring forward" under the old system. Congress moved time up two weeks, which means my VCR sprung forward twice, once when I did it, and once again on Sunday.
