International League to Decide by July 1th
The RTD reports that a deal may be signed by July 1st to get an Eastern League franchise relocated to Richmond, most likely it would be the Norwich Defenders. The idea is to get a team established in Richmond and fiddle with the details later. Club owners think Richmond will be the top market in their league.
